It's 2022...

Let's be honest, the real estate industry has changed. There's plenty of information online for a buyer and a seller to familiarize themselves with active listings, recently purchased comparables, and other general market statistics for their neighborhood. While readily information is great, it can be useless if it's not identified properly. 

That's why I believe now more than ever it's important for consumers to have a professional to look after their assets and interests by knowing how to sell and negotiate in any type of market and foresee any and all potential transactional and logistical issues. I'm not a real estate agent, I'm a professional problem solver with a real estate license.
